Job Description

We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to join LuxuryProperty as a key member of our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting with HR functions and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain meticulous employee records, including personnel files and attendance logs.
  2. Keep the HR database up to date, including new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves.
  3. Aid in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences and leaves.
  4. Process employee requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions to their queries.
  5. Assist with new employee orientation/induction by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
  6. Prepare essential company documents, such as Google Forms, NOC's, and Google Sheets.
  7. Utilize the Trakheesi system for broker card applications and cancellations.
  8. Liaise with insurance companies for policy additions, deletions, and renewals.
  9. Maintain meticulous document control and record keeping, adhering to company protocols.
  10. Organise and manage both digital and hard copy files for all staff members, ensuring seamless access to necessary documents.
  11. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for maintenance or office supply needs, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  12. Work with other office admins to maintain the upkeep of the office, promoting a productive work environment.
  13. Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as required or assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
