About This Role:

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our on-site support team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide exceptional HR support to employees, drive functional excellence, and lead process improvement initiatives.

This role involves responding quickly and accurately to employee queries, ensuring accurate employee documentation, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for on-site people issues.

You will partner with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and create standard communications and HR reports.

  • Essential Responsibilities
  1. Provide HR support to employees, including responding to queries and ensuring accurate documentation.
  2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for on-site people issues and escalate as necessary.
  3. Support managers through attendance tracking and partner with payroll teams for accurate payroll inputs.
  4. Create and distribute standard communications and HR reports.
  5. Lead process improvement initiatives and develop suggestions for improvement.

This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, particularly Excel.
