LuxuryProperty is seeking an experienced HR and Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions and providing administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ensure the HR database is updated regularly.
  • Provide support for payroll preparation.
  • Process employee requests efficiently.
  • Support new employee orientation/induction.
  • Prepare essential company documents.
  • Use the Trakheesi system for broker card applications.
  • Liaise with insurance companies for policy changes.
  • Maintain document control and record keeping.
  • Manage digital and hard copy files.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Work with other office admins to maintain office upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Admin and HR Executive, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations.
  • Ability to start immediately.
