Executive Assistant to CEO: Strategic Support

At Kaizen, we seek a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our CEO. This role demands exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documents for meetings and engagements involving the CEO.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding corporate matters.
- Project Management: Support the CEO in various projects, tracking progress, milestones, and deadlines to ensure successful delivery.
- Event Coordination: Organize internal and external events attended by the CEO, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required, along with strong English communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
