Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective occupational health, hygiene, and safety management systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and develop strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incident reports.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees and contractors are aware of and comply with safety procedures and protocols.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety performance and provide guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in a management position for construction occupational health, hygiene, and safety management.
  2. 5+ years of experience in working with large-scale EPC renewable projects (Solar/Wind).
  3. Proven track record of implementing effective safety management systems and reducing incident rates.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence project teams.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
