Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Phoeniix Consultant. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage general filing and work orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams through reports and spreadsheets.
  4. Issue, receive, type, and process various applications and forms with efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Assist with the processing of correspondence and notifications in a prompt and courteous manner.
  6. Coordinate with team leads and managers on project costs and data entry.
  7. Maintain databases and handle invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Provide customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of figures and numbers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
