  • Ongoing Training: Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, underwriting, and claims handling.
  • Training Module Design: Design training modules for customer service, telephone effectiveness operations, and client handling.
  • Career Development: Assess Emirati employees and support their career development through personalized coaching and guidance.
  • Training Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Training Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of training records for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Training Agency Coordination: Closely coordinate with training agencies on requirements and development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years' experience in a progressive organization, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer, with similar job responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of General Insurance and other lines of business, sales techniques, and motivation of Emirati employees.
  • Language: Outstanding written and oral communication in Arabic and English.
