- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate full cooperation and respect within the team and other departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Product Knowledge: Be aware of the daily activities and have product knowledge of all hotel facilities, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
- Mise en Place: Prepare mise en place before the arrival of customers and during service time, checking the quality of food items to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Equipment Maintenance: Check with other Outlet Chefs at the end of each shift that all equipment is properly working, clean, and in its appropriate place, preventing any hazards to others.
- Communication: Communicate all necessary information to the Sous Chef at the end of each shift or day, ensuring a smooth running operation.
- Quality Control: Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in implementing standards set by the Executive Chef on food quality, preparation, and presentation in their section.
- HACCP Compliance: Apply HACCP as per the Hotel Standard, ensuring that all food safety protocols are followed.
