MAJID AL FUTTAIM is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery section, you will be responsible for transforming ingredients into finished and semi-finished products such as bread and other baked goods, as per customer requests and our standard operating procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and place products in display counters as per defined guidelines
* Assist customers in their product inquiries in a professional and timely manner, and provide excellent customer service at all times
* Promote additional sales and maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
* Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
* Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
* Maintain hygiene standards and ensure that work areas, including freezers and chillers, are kept clean and food waste is disposed of correctly

**Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of baking and food production
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene
