Office Manager for International Operations

Job Summary
- Support the General Manager in providing high-level administrative support.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Assist in project management and special initiatives.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and office supplies.
- Manage external communication and PR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the UAE business culture is a plus.
- Fluent in English; good understanding of Arabic; French is a plus.
