Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to join our kitchen office team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage the schedules and calendars of the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef.
  2. Coordinate administrative tasks, including record-keeping, correspondence, and data entry.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict protocols when handling sensitive information.
  4. Support the kitchen team in event planning and execution, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  5. Maintain accurate records, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to track data and reports.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions to streamline office operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar capacity for a 4 or 5-star hotel or restaurant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write effectively.
