Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individualto join our team as an Office Manager Executive Assistant. In thisrole you will be responsible for managing the daytoday operationsof the office while providing executive support to our seniormanagement team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities ofthe office including scheduling appointments organizing meetingsand maintaining office supplies
- Act as thefirst point of contact for all visitors and calls providing aprofessional and welcoming experience
- Provideexecutive support to the senior management team including managingtheir calendars arranging travel and preparing documents andpresentations
- Coordinate with variousdepartments to ensure smooth communication andworkflow
- Prepare and distribute internalcommunications such as memos andnewsletters
- Maintain and update companydatabases and records
- Oversee the maintenanceand upkeep of the office space
- Handleconfidential and sensitive information with discretion andprofessionalism
- Assist with special projectsand events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or a relatedfield
- Min. 10 years Experiences in Humanresource recruitment company and managerialposition
- fluent in Arabic and English (written read and speak)
- Having background inHR Business development/ businesspartner
- Excellent organizational andtimemanagement skills
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and other relevant software
- Ability tohandle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively
- Proactive and able to anticipateneeds and take initiative
- Knowledge of UAElabor laws and regulations ispreferred
