Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities in the UK property market and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Establish Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand investor needs and identify new opportunities in the UK property market.
  • Present Property Developments: Present complex property development projects to clients, clearly communicating the investment benefits and opportunities available.
  • Negotiate Deals: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Provide Client Support: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK property laws, regulations, and market trends to provide clients with informed advice. Provide support and guidance to clients post-sale, ensuring long-term relationships and continued success.

Requirements

  • Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential for communicating with our Arabic-speaking client base.
  • Market Acumen: A deep understanding of UK property markets and the ability to identify profitable investment opportunities.
