Job Responsibilities
  • Prior Experience in Fire Protection Field (Mandatory)
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Lead and Manage a Team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive their performance and professional development.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct Regular Sales Meetings and Performance Reviews with the sales team to review progress, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Monitor Market Trends, Competitor Activities, and Industry Developments to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, such as Engineering and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
  • Prepare and Present Sales Forecasts, Budgets, and Reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies, Promotions, and Incentive Programs to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Participate in Trade Shows, Industry Conferences, and Networking Events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and build industry relationships.
  • Stay Updated on Firefighting Technologies, Products, and Services to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions.
