Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HVAC products and systems, including VRF/Commercial air conditioners.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Travel and Pre-Sales Activities: Travel to customer sites to engage in pre-sales activities, design systems, and provide quotations.
  • Product Presentations: Present products to stakeholders, highlighting unique selling points (USPs) and creating awareness about product specifications.
  • Distributor Development: Develop and maintain relationships with distributors in unexplored countries, expanding our reach and customer base.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and pricing guidance for special application products, including AHUs, Chillers, FCUs, and Hot Water Solutions.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of experience in developing client databases.
    • 5 to 8 years of working experience in the HVAC industry.
    • Knowledge of designing for VRF/SCAC.
    • CAD software usage is mandatory.
    • Revit software knowledge is an added advantage.
    • AHU (mandatory) + other air side equipment knowledge is a must.
