We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Processor to join our team at Staff Connect Information Technology Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment processing, cash management, and financial transaction reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities- Transactions Processing:
- Process and reconcile payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage cash flow and maintain adequate liquidity levels.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with payment and receipt processing.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to improve payment workflows.
- Provide support during audits and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payments and receipts processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and payment platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reconciliation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in banking and corporate finance.
- Familiarity with international payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, ACH).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for financial transactions.
