We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Processor to join our team at Staff Connect Information Technology Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment processing, cash management, and financial transaction reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transactions Processing:
    • Process and reconcile payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Manage cash flow and maintain adequate liquidity levels.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with payment and receipt processing.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to improve payment workflows.
    • Provide support during audits and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payments and receipts processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and payment platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reconciliation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
