Requirements
  1. Education: Minimum diploma or Certificate of waitress, Hotel School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years' experience as a waiter preferably in casual dining categories.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  2. Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional customer service orientation and waitress skills with the ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
  3. Conceptual Thinking: Conceptual thinking, analytical ability, presentation skills, priority setting, and self-management.
  4. Flexibility: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
