Job Purpose

We are seeking a results-driven sales representative to actively engage with customer prospects and provide tailored solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote products/services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through targeted outreach and lead generation activities.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
  • Process payments from clients and issue receipts via our point-of-sale system.
  • Welcome visitors warmly and direct inquiries to the appropriate channels.
  • Respond to all voicemail, phone, and email inquiries, and direct them through the appropriate channel.
  • Manage appointment bookings, rebooking, room allocation, and updating the appointment calendar.
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory for retail and stock items.
  • Coordinate setup for workshops and events held at the center.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and complete by day end.
  • Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain the center's cleanliness and upkeep.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING.
  • MUST be highly professional and reliable.
  • MUST be flexible with working hours.
  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
