We are looking for a skilled Records and Archives Administrator to join our team at Egis. As a key member of our records management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all controlled documents, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing document control processes, tracking and managing document versions, and coordinating with project teams to collect and distribute documentation. You will also be responsible for preparing and distributing correspondences, reports, and other materials for publication and presentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in document management software (e.g., ACONEX, SharePoint). A relevant degree or certification in records management or a related field is also desirable.
