As a key member of the Hyatt Regency team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As an Assistant Manager - Front Office, you will work closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-ins and departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example, upholding the highest standards of guest service while empowering your team to do the same.
  2. Maintain open lines of communication with internal customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  3. Greet and welcome VIP guests, providing personalized attention to enhance their experience.
  4. Stay informed about hotel promotions, policies, and events, sharing this knowledge with your team to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  5. Familiarize yourself with our products and services, enabling you to make informed recommendations to guests.
  6. Implement effective recognition programs, maintaining a thorough understanding of each guest's preferences and history.
  7. Respond to guest concerns and inquiries in a courteous, efficient manner, working to resolve issues satisfactorily.
  8. Regularly inspect front office areas to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.
  9. Nurture positive relationships with colleagues and guests alike, fostering a collaborative environment.
  10. Maintain accurate guest records, pre-registering repeat guests for enhanced convenience.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate VIP movements, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

A minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in a hotel's front office or guest relations department is required. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
