Job Overview

Palazzo Versace Dubai seeks a highly skilled Front Office Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our front office department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of Front Office colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct daily shift briefings and monthly communication meetings to ensure all team members are aware of hotel events, VIP guests, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare weekly rosters and monthly attendance sheets for the Front Office team, ensuring accurate recording of working hours and leave entitlements.
  • Control lieu days and public holidays accumulation, ensuring fairness and equity among team members.
  • Assist with probationary and yearly appraisals, providing feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
  • Arrange and conduct bi-weekly feedback sessions, encouraging open communication and team engagement.
  • Monitor and control overbooking situations, handling guest check-outs as needed to minimize disruption to the hotel's operations.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by Senior Management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in Front Office leadership roles in 5-star hotels with 200+ rooms.
  • Health & Safety certification and Task Trainer/Group Trainer qualifications.
  • Excellent team leading and Guest Relation Management skills, with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
