Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Account Manager at Antal International Sharjah, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining strong relationships with key clients that drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Address and resolve key client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise account teams assigned to each key client to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure key client needs are met.
  • Compile and analyze reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key client needs and requirements to deliver customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with key clients to meet established deadlines and drive long-term business growth.
