About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Finance Manager at Minor International. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist the Cluster Director of Finance in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supportive Role: Assist with financial audits, payroll-related activities, and provide support to other departments regarding financial matters.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
