Como Gerente de Talent Pal, serás responsable de un portafolio de clientes icónicos y gestionarás el ciclo completo de tus compromisos.

Trabajarás como parte de un equipo de solucionadores de problemas con amplia experiencia en transformación legal.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán, pero no se limitarán a:

  • Asistir proactivamente en la gestión de un portafolio de clientes, siendo responsable de la comunicación diaria y los entregables.
  • Ser responsable de actividades de desarrollo comercial para ayudar a identificar y investigar oportunidades en nuevos/existentes clientes, además de construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
  • Asistir en la gestión y entrega de grandes proyectos, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos clave y se gestionen las expectativas de los interesados.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Talent Pal en la entrega de servicios al cliente y colaborar con otras líneas de servicio en la entrega de proyectos para clientes.
  • Investigar y desarrollar materiales de marketing, incluyendo liderazgo de pensamiento que impulse nuestras iniciativas de desarrollo comercial.
  • Realizar presentaciones a clientes, incluyendo partes interesadas senior.
  • Desarrollar y capacitar a miembros junior del equipo, particularmente en relación con la transformación legal y la tecnología legal.
  • Gestionar un equipo de Asociados Senior, Asociados y Graduados, trabajando estrechamente con partes interesadas senior y el Jefe de Talent Pal.
  • Asesorar y mantenerse actualizado sobre los últimos desarrollos en transformación y crecimiento de funciones legales y tecnología legal.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en la realización de evaluaciones del estado actual, incluyendo la realización de investigaciones de referencia e industria.
  • Experiencia en la creación de informes para clientes.
  • Experiencia trabajando como parte de un equipo legal en una organización corporativa o dentro de un bufete de abogados.
  • Experiencia en el diseño y optimización de procesos y políticas legales relacionadas con la provisión de servicios legales, ya sea dentro de una organización o un bufete de abogados.
  • Experiencia gestionando partes interesadas de todos los niveles, incluyendo la alta dirección.
  • Fuerte base de conocimientos en tecnología y prácticas de TI, incluyendo IA Generativa.
  • Fuerte comprensión y experiencia en el mercado de tecnología legal, incluyendo gestión del ciclo de vida de contratos, IA generativa, gestión de documentos, gestión del conocimiento y gestión de solicitudes y asuntos.
  • Comprensión básica de entornos ERP (por ejemplo, Oracle y SAP) sería un plus.
  • Comprensión básica de análisis de datos (por ejemplo, PowerBI o Alteryx) también sería un plus.

Como Gerente en el equipo de Talent Pal, trabajarás junto al Jefe de Talent Pal y gestionarás a Asociados Senior y Asociados en el equipo. También se espera que apoyes y trabajes estrechamente con Graduados en el equipo de Talent Pal.
