Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth from key accounts.
- Regularly review and optimize performance, engagement, and satisfaction of key accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Ops manager to define projects, processes, solutions, and systems that meet objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across e-commerce, operations, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or retail, preferably as an account manager or in a customer-facing role.
- Commercial knowledge of vendor performance in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with the FMCG and brand management industries.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
