In this role, you will impact our revenue generation and business growth by driving qualified leads and pipeline growth. Your ability to optimize lead generation campaigns and programs will help expand our customer base and increase market share positioning us as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs
  • Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Strong insight into marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent, thoughtful, and data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
