  • Verify and track received inventory, completing inventory reports and logs as necessary.
  • Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of department packages and mail, ensuring secure and timely delivery.
  • Communicate with guests regarding received packages, obtaining signatures as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate tracking systems for all shipping and receiving transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
