Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracts as per company policies and procedures
  • Prepare certificates on origin issued from the Chamber of Commerce and Economy Department
  • Enter orders in the system and follow the entry process
  • Entering order details in the Billing Tracker Sheet
  • Checking orders for releasing shipping instructions
  • Coordinate with logistics to release shipping instructions and follow up on shipping dates
  • Track EX Factory dates and shipping details
  • Request billing once terms of sales are met with the customer
  • Ensure order acknowledgments are received within one week for all incoming orders and sales contracts
  • Handle internal customer calls related to orders
  • Prepare presentations as per manager instructions
  • Execute work tasks as per manager instructions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field
  • One year of working experience or intern experience in a similar field
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in office programs and ERP systems
