Lead Sales Team in the UAE Market

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to lead our Sales Executives in promoting Credit Card and Personal Loan products within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and approach potential customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct and oversee sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve sales skills.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of UAE Banking Sales experience as TL/ATL with a proven track record in managing or handling a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Proven sales experience in Banking/Financial Services with a focus on Credit Card and Personal Loan products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to build strong customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
