Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Create and deliver training programs that align with our hotel's learning strategy and meet the needs of our staff.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to departmental trainers and leaders to ensure consistency of quality training.
  • Training Material Management: Ensure all training material is up-to-date and compliant with our hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Team Member Training: Coordinate and deliver training to all team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Performance Consulting: Partner with external organizations to provide support for our hotel's learning strategy and ensure all team member training, documentation, and testing is completed in the required timeframe.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in a related field is required.
  • Hotel Experience: Previous hotel experience is preferred.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Responsibility and Reliability: Highly responsible and reliable individuals are required to work cohesively as part of a team.
