Your Key ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and take on the challenge of leading our front office operations. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
As a member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory control. You will also play a key role in shaping the overall direction of our resort, working closely with other department heads to achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior hospitality management role, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
