- A minimum of six months to one year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Diploma graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Dual language proficiency is an advantage.
- Fluency in English writing and speaking is essential.
- Excellent negotiation and verbal communication skills are required.
- Effective listening skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and general computer keyboard skills is a must.
- Sales/customer service communication skills should be demonstrated.
- A friendly and courteous telephone manner is required.
- Punctuality and efficiency, with the ability to prioritize tasks, are essential.
