About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, billing, and payment tracking.
  • Process payments via various methods, including credit card, ACH transfer, and check.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including payment histories and account balances.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Communicate with customers regarding account status, payment terms, and balance due.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Three years of experience in hotel accounting or internal audit, with one year in a supervisory role.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
