As a Reservations Supervisor, your role will include maintaining effective communication on all reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing no-show records and pending reservations to optimize occupancy levels.
  2. Checking VIP arrivals, special requests, and check traces to provide personalized service.
  3. Monitoring system reservations for the next two weeks to inform sales teams about sales leads.
  4. Demonstrating complete product knowledge, understanding rate structures, and applying rate management strategies.
  5. Identifying and addressing pending visas or expiring visas requiring exit from the country.
  6. Sending confirmation for new reservations and following up on those without correspondence.
  7. Ensuring incoming calls are answered according to Rotana standards, fax information is inputted, and email communications are constantly monitored.
  8. Organizing transportation with hotel drivers and following up on provided information.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
