Job Title: Logistics Coordinator - Sample Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics of sample collection, storage, and shipping, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the generation of customer IDs in NetSuite for clients following successful sample storage.
  • Review and update client files to ensure all relevant information is complete and accurately filed.
  • Maintain records for collection kits issued by the laboratory.
  • Dispatch collection kits to clients and regional offices.
  • Provide backup support to the Office Administrator during leave, including assigning and printing barcodes for collection kits and arranging relevant documents.
  • Prepare return AWB forms for collection kits.
  • Scan laboratory results and upload them to the database, maintaining a filing system for these records.
  • Provide backup support to the Office Administrator during leave, including maintaining inventory records for operational departments and monitoring materials in various regions.
  • Coordinate with GCC representatives to dispatch marketing materials, certificates, and other necessary documents as required.
  • Coordinate with DHL regarding shipments from GCC offices during office hours and after-hours duty on alternate weeks.
  • Be responsible for after-hours support on alternate weeks, organizing critical logistic support, including driver pickup of samples and laboratory technicians, and taking messages for customer service representatives.
  • Write policies, processes, and document procedures for the Logistics department.
  • Be responsible for controlling all documents and records for the Logistics department and CSA.
  • Have knowledge of custom clearance requirements for importing/exporting human exempt samples.
  • Assist the lab with payment and emergency sample confirmation.
  • Have knowledge of booking shipments with FedEx and DHL.
  • Prepare file folder labels.
  • Prepare requirements for importing/exporting shipments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Microsoft Office user specialist.
  • Relevant experience in secretarial and logistics support.
  • Relevant skills in Microsoft Office and customer service.
  • Any other skills in customer service and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding and speaking of Arabic is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of computers.
  • Suitability for the job and profile, and adaptability for newer tasks.
