About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Transformation Leader to join our team at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC). As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for our brands, identifying strategic building blocks and devising plans to deliver against them.
  • Brand Strategy: Define brand positioning, develop the full marketing mix, and identify consumer touchpoints and media mix based on in-depth consumer and market understanding.
  • Marketing Excellence: Develop, deploy, and monitor campaign performance, working closely with insight, creative, media, and activation agencies to ensure world-class execution and roll-out of plans in the markets.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously track market and competition trends, consumer and shopper behavior, and work closely with CSU and other relevant functions to generate and circulate reports on brand performance and consumer behavior.
  • Activation: Propose, develop, and roll out consumer activations and sponsorship activities in accordance with the target positioning and in coherence with brand equity.
  • Packaging: Manage the implementation of new packaging, seasonal, promotional, or any in-and-out packaging directly dealing with relevant central stakeholders and/or external agencies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, monitoring consistency of actual spending and economic performance, and making corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong Marketing Background: 5+ years of experience working with brands, leading innovation projects, and developing strategic marketing plans.
  • Cross-Country and Cultural Team Experience: Advantageous for candidates with experience working in diverse cultural and geographical settings.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience Working with Agencies: Strong experience working with creative, design, media, and other agencies to deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Good Understanding of Project Financials and P&L: Ability to manage and analyze project financials and profit and loss statements.
  • Strong Project Management Experience: Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent Command of English: Mandatory for effective communication and collaboration with the team.
