HR Support Specialist

As a key member of the Wihra team, the HR Officer will provide expert support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in maintaining up-to-date information on HR activities and processes, supporting business units and the organization in achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer daily activities, providing HR support to staff in relation to grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and attendance management practices.
- Plan and execute new employee induction programs, ensuring proper orientation at all levels, followed by regular progress checks during the probation period.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the line manager, within the context of the job roles.
- Maintain accurate human resources information systems with employees' required data for various activities or transactional purposes.
- Implement and comply with established procedures and processes for the business unit.
- Prepare correspondence that is timely, high-quality, and effective.
- Communicate line manager instructions or desires to relevant individuals and/or departments, obtaining necessary information from other principals or departments as required.
- Ensure the systematic filing and maintenance of relevant paperwork and documentation according to an approved filing system.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling trusted documents.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with HR certification is highly desirable.
Two years of experience in a relevant role would be advantageous.
Knowledge of HR laws and policies is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
