This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and after-sales assistance to customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or onsite visits to resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure they are informed about customer-reported issues and the progress of their resolution.
  • Conduct technical training sessions to equip customers, distributors, and internal teams with product knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Manage service tickets in our web-based CRM from creation to resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automation or construction industry.
  • Experience in troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills (both written and verbal).
