**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hub Support Partner to join our People team. As a Hub Support Partner, you will be responsible for managing the pre-onboarding, post-boarding, and offboarding processes for our employees in Georgia and Armenia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Onboarding: Manage the preparation of employees for onboarding, including purchasing flight tickets, booking accommodation, and purchasing devices.
  • Post-Boarding: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed, and employees are enrolled in relevant country activities, such as coworking and chat channels.
  • Offboarding: Coordinate the return of equipment and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Legalization and Employment

  • Relocation Support: Advise employees on possible relocation options and coordinate communication between employees and the agency.
  • Document Management: Consult with employees on documents and local labor laws, and assist in obtaining necessary documents for employment or legalization.
  • Employee Relocation List: Maintain an up-to-date list of employee relocations and track relocation budgets.

Day-to-Day Queries and Policies

  • Certificate Issuance: Issue certificates for employees on request, such as employee confirmation and salary certificates.
  • Business Travel: Assist with employee business trips, including coordination and logistics.
  • Hub Environment: Maintain a comfortable environment in the hub office, including searching for and booking contractors and venues.

Engagement

  • Culture Representative: Act as a culture representative on the ground and support all events.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate events in the location under your supervision, including resolving emerging issues.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relocation Experience: Proven experience with relocation processes.
  • Organization Skills: Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
