Performance Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough test procedures and record results. Install software and repair controllers, tools, and conveyors. Inspect installation sites and provide training to operators on robotics usage.

Customer Support and Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, either by providing answers or escalating to the appropriate support staff. Manage customer technical requests, resolving issues onsite or coordinating with the right team member.

Event Participation and Engagement: Participate in company events, such as Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, and Exhibitions, to promote Expert Hub Robotics and its services.

Requirements

Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a Technology field.

Technical Proficiency: Exceptional computer skills in IT Hardware, including Microsoft Office, Zoho Finance, and Zoho CRM Plus.

Personal Qualities: Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for detail. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong phone and email etiquette.

Work Environment and Expectations: Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, providing timely reports and feedback. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
