  • Monitor video feeds, manage recording media, and prepare incident documentation.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other communication networks under surveillance.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the surveillance equipment, including organizing and managing recorded footage, as well as replacing storage media as necessary.
  • Operate and maintain both analog and digital video surveillance systems.
  • Conduct monitoring, investigate incidents, archive video footage, and report findings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a CCTV Operator Certificate from a recognized training institution.
  • Preferably have a background in military or law enforcement.
  • Maintain good physical and mental health with a medium build.
  • Hold a valid first aid certification from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Arabic and additional languages is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
