Piermont Search is assisting an international law firm in its search for a professional to serve as the first point of contact for visitors at the office.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all visitors are greeted in a polite and articulate manner.

This role will also involve providing support for marketing, HR, and legal secretaries with various administrative tasks, such as meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and general office organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Provide refreshments to guests and staff
  3. Screen and direct calls to ensure efficient communication
  4. Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
  5. Organize catering and events as required
  6. Liaise with couriers and delivery services
  7. Assist other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
  1. Ideally someone immediately available to start work
  2. Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
  3. A degree is preferable but not essential
  4. At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist role, with experience gained ideally in an international law firm or a multinational financial services organization
  5. Strong English communication skills (fluent written and spoken) are required, and Arabic language skills will be advantageous
  6. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
  7. Well-organized and presented, with a keen eye for detail

The working hours are 9am until 6pm, Monday to Friday, in a professional and friendly environment.
