Comptes Fournisseurs :

Traitement des Factures :

  • Vérifier et valider les factures pour garantir leur exactitude et leur intégralité.
  • Classer et traiter les factures et paiements des fournisseurs dans le système comptable (EXACT actuellement en usage).
  • Réconcilier les relevés des fournisseurs chaque mois et résoudre toute divergence.
  • Établir des rapports de vieillissement des fournisseurs pour assurer un grand livre propre et des paiements à temps.
  • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs et résoudre rapidement tout problème lié aux paiements.
  • Maintenir des dossiers précis et bien organisés.

Dépenses des Employés :

  • Traiter les demandes de remboursement des employés en veillant à respecter la politique de remboursement des dépenses de l'entreprise.
  • Réconcilier les relevés de cartes de crédit et résoudre toute divergence.

Comptes Clients :

Facturation :

  • Générer et envoyer les factures clients en temps voulu.
  • Examiner et surveiller les commandes de vente en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de vente et d'opérations pour résoudre toute divergence.

Recouvrement et Paiements :

  • Maintenir et surveiller les paiements des clients pour garantir leur réception rapide et précise.
  • Contacter les clients pour sécuriser les paiements à temps.
  • Assurer que les recettes en espèces sont enregistrées et postées rapidement.
  • Réconcilier les comptes clients et résoudre rapidement toute divergence.
  • Suivre les paiements en retard.

Tâches Administratives Générales :

  • Fournir un soutien administratif au département financier selon les besoins.
  • Assister lors du processus d'audit annuel.
  • Soutenir les missions ponctuelles selon les exigences.

Exigences

  • Diplôme (ou équivalent) en Finance et Comptabilité.
  • Expérience avérée en tant qu'Assistant Financier (APAR) ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'une PME.
  • Connaissance des principes et procédures comptables de base.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et des logiciels comptables (EXACT actuellement en usage).
  • Une connaissance pratique d'EXACT est un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Excellente attention aux détails et précision.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
