  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strategic thinking, with a strong business acumen and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to form advantageous partnerships.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, to interact with employees, stakeholders, customers, and investors alike.
  • Proven experience in formulating and executing strategies at a high level, including international expansion experience.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or equivalent executive role.
  • Executive-level exposure to global markets, with a keen understanding of international business customs and practices.
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience or work within a high-growth startup environment.
