About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring that all interactions are of the highest degree of professional behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process and manage customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor and improve customer service processes and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Call Center or Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Communications.
  • Previous experience in a service dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with hospital or healthcare systems and routines, including medical terminology and procedures.
