  • **Product Knowledge and Presentation**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Alif Voyage memberships and articulate their benefits to potential customers.
  • **Market Analysis**: Continuously assess market trends and customer needs, adapting sales strategies to align with industry dynamics.
  • **Collaborative Efforts**: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer experience.

**Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic or Urdu/Hindi.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Islamic values and the significance of Halal travel.
