About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Beauty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing brand and influencer collaborations, and increasing engagement through category-specific social properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their potential for driving business growth. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience with Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and analyze performance of social media strategies for Beauty, including brand and influencer collaborations and copywriting of editorial and branded content.
  • Brand Partnerships & Funding: Pitch and secure brand collaboration for social media, new campaign launches, and influencer-driven content.
  • Public Relations & Media Outreach: Spearhead execution and reporting of Amazon Beauty media activations driving organic and paid media coverage through press releases.
  • Product Summary Videos (PSVs): Optimize video creation for products and product categories by overseeing video generation in-house and conducting performance analysis.
  • Emerging Platform Exploration: Identify and experiment with new social platforms to expand audience reach and drive engagement.
  • Scorecard & Performance Tracking: Create monthly performance scorecards to track key metrics on Beauty customer lifecycle.
