We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager (m/f/d) - English speaking based in Dubai to lead and execute the digital presence across multiple platforms for one of our clients in the music industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media strategies, automation tools, and AI-driven marketing, with a strong background in the music industry—specifically in Melodic Techno and Progressive House.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for one of our clients in the music industry.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize high-quality content using Figma and Canva.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Utilize advanced social media tools for analytics, scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Implement and manage ManyChat and similar chatbot automation for customer interactions.
  • Set up and optimize marketing automation using Make, Zapier, and OpenAI.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance content creation, engagement, and data analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate with artists, labels, and music industry professionals to curate relevant and engaging content.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive growth and conversions.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the music industry.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
  • Proficient in Figma and Canva for designing engaging social media content.
  • Expert in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
  • Experience with ManyChat or similar chatbot platforms for automated communication.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Make, Zapier, and OpenAI.
  • AI-savvy, with the ability to integrate AI solutions into marketing strategies.
  • Passionate about Melodic Techno and Progressive House, with prior experience in the music industry.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and branding skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to craft compelling social media content and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing social media for artists, labels, or music-related brands.
  • Background in digital marketing or content creation within the music industry.
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising and audience targeting.
