We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the facility, ensuring seamless patient care and coordination of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delegation of duties and the establishment of formal means of accountability.
  • Maintain interface with departmental personnel to ensure adequate space and facilities for patient care.
  • Provide support to clinical, operational, and facility services throughout the facility.
  • Liaise with clinical professional staff to provide seamless patient care.
  • Manage and oversee documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate patient/visitor concerns and implement appropriate courses of action.
  • Ensure effective operation of quality improvement processes, including patient satisfaction assessments.
  • Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention.
  • Accountable for providing high-quality patient care based on established policies and protocols.
  • Ensure timely updates of policies and operational procedures manuals.
  • Document pertinent information, actions, and decisions; and communicate to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Suitable Graduation Degree
  • Master degree in Hospital Management (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic/set-up with at least 2 years in a similar role
