Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UP SKILLS.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
  • Update customer records in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess fluency in Arabic and English, as well as proven experience in Telesales or Business Development, preferably in a recruitment or manpower agency environment.

You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
